Kevin Welch

Kevin Welch became an Evangelist with OAC in 2015.  He is part-time with OAC, working on the streets and taking primary school assemblies in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

He also runs a Christian fellowship group within the Welsh Civil Service.

Kevin is married to Lorna and is father to Luke and Joe.
