Joining an OAC short term mission is a great way to share the gospel alongside our experienced Evangelists

Are you looking for a short term mission opportunity?

Whether you are looking to share the gospel alongside a team of others or are looking for more confidence in sharing your faith out on the streets our short term missions could be the perfect thing for you.  Ranging from 1 day to 5 days they are a great opportunity to share the gospel out on the streets of the UK with people that otherwise may never hear about Jesus.  All of our missions will give you the opportunity to be part of a team going out to preach the gospel, engage in gospel conversations, give out gospel literature and offer prayer.

London Go Mission

What is it?

London Go is our annual 5-day Monopoly inspired short term mission run in conjunction with K180.  Teams visit every location on the Monopoly board to preach the Gospel.  London Go is a fantastic opportunity to preach the gospel and share Jesus on the streets across the city of London as part of a wider mission.

When is it?

How much does it cost?

The mission is completely FREE to take part.  However, each participant is responsible for their own travel and meal costs during the mission.

London Marathon Mini Mission

What is it?

An opportunity to share the gospel with those that have gathered to watch the London Marathon.  There will be plenty of time for personal conversations as people have nothing to do but wait and we have found in the past that people are willing to accept a marathon based gospel tract and talk freely about it.

When is it?

27th April 2025

How much does it cost?

The mission is completely FREE to take part.  However, each participant is responsible for their own travel costs to get to and from the mission.

South Wales Mission

What is it?

The South Wales Mission is our 4 day mission reaching out right across South East Wales.  The South Wales Mission is a fantastic opportunity to preach the gospel and share Jesus on the streets across South Wales as part of a wider mission.

When is it?

18th – 21st June 2025

How much does it cost?

The mission is completely FREE to take part.  However, each participant is responsible for their own travel and meal costs during the mission.

Mission To Truro

What is it?

Mission to Truro is a short term mission of 4 days of street outreach.  It is a fantastic opportunity to try different types of street outreach and share Jesus on the streets of Truro.

When is it?

6th – 9th August 2024

London Prayer Walk

What is it?

Each year we organise a prayer walk across London in conjunction with K180.  The aim is to pray “His kingdom come and His will be done on earth” as the team walks from Erith in Kent to Ealing.  The team will be split into pairs and use the visual surroundings of homes, businesses and public buildings to give a focus to their prayers.  Each day’s walk will finish with a street evangelism outreach.

When is it?

26th – 29th August 2024

London Evangelism Mission

What is it?

On this 2-day short term mission teams will go out to preach the gospel on the streets in all 32 boroughs of London.  The London Evangelism Mission is a fantastic opportunity to preach the gospel and share Jesus on the streets across the city of London as part of a wider mission.
